The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is here to surprise us with its festive gift. Yes, it’s true; DDA has planned to allot over 16,000 flats in Delhi. This is going to be allotted from the 25th of this month. The DDA has announced this plan on Friday in New Delhi, and also said that this going to be offered under their 2010 housing scheme. This is going to be offered at different locations of Delhi such as Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Dwarka, Rohini, Narela, Mukherjee Nagar, Motia Khan, Jaffarabad and Kaundli Gharoli.
Both the husband and the wife can apply for the allotment of such flats, but only one is going to be allotted to them if they are financially sound. The criteria for booking a flat at DDA are to have a pan card and a bank account. The allottee has to pay the allotment amount from his/her bank account only.
According to a press release of DDA, “this plan is going to be offered in 1 bhk, 2 bhk and 3 bhk of room plans. This has been done so that it is easily affordable to all sections of the society. The flats of Vasant Kunj are being offered with great new features. As a result, they will be offered at expensive rates as compared to the others. “
The allotment of these flats at different locations of Delhi is going to solve the housing problem at these locations over there. The new DDA Flats are going to be offered with wide range of options and specifications. The interior and exteriors are going to be beautifully designed. Thus, you will also have to pay the maintenance charges for the exteriors and the common areas of these flats, but this cost is included in the cost price of the flats. The DDA’s new scheme is being appreciated by all, just because its great options as never before.
